Extremely delicious, healthy and creamy smoothie. Excellent for reducing flutiness, abdominal bloating and constipation. Very suitable as part of a natural treatment for Gastritis. Best to consume in the morning on empty stomach.
Ingredients:
1 apple or 1 kiwi (or both),
1 banana,
1 date,
2 tablespoons of natural goat yogurt (can be replaced with cashew yogurt or coconut cream),
3 kale leaves,
2-3 organic apricots/dried plums,
¼ a teaspoon of cinnamon powder,
1 teaspoon of flax seeds,
a tablespoon of oatmeal.
1 teaspoon of chlorella powder,
3/4 cup of almond milk,
3/4 cup of filtered water,
2-3 ice cubes.
Instructions:
