Sprouted cereal breakfast

An amazingly nutritious cereal porridge. Rich in dietary fibre, protein and antioxidants. Excellent as part of a natural treatment for constipation and during advanced treatment stages of Sibo. Not recommended during diarrhea and acute intestinal inflammations like Crohn’s and Ulcerative colitis flare-ups.

Ingredients:

½  a cup of sprouted and cooked grains (quinoa, buckwheat, millet),

2  spoons of yogurt(natural or vegan) ,

2  tbsps of mixed nuts and seeds,

¼  cup of berries.

Instructions:

Just mix everything in a bowl and the porridge is ready!
