Homemade, delicious almond marzipan that is so easy to prepare! Amazing gluten-free desert! This marzipan can be kept in the freezer for over a year. Excellent as part of a natural treatment for Crohn's and Ulcerative colitis as well as for other various digestive disorders, like IBS, Gastritis and Diverticulitis.
Ingredients:
2 cups of almond flour,
5-6 tablespoons of natural maple syrup,
2 tablespoons of rose water (optional).
Instructions:
Knead everything to a smooth consistency. You can roll small balls, or make one big roll. Cover the marzipan in almond or coconut flour, wrap in cling film and freeze.
